A. Technical and functional management of the Platform

We store data for as long as it is necessary to provide products and services to you and others, including those described above. Information associated with your account will be kept until your account is deleted, unless we no longer need the data to provide products and services.
Keep in mind that certain things you have published using our Platform may not be deleted.
We take appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of your personal data. To this purpose, your personal data are securely stored within our database, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) as well as physical safeguards of the locations where data are stored.
However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our database, nor can we guarantee that information you supply won't be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet. Any transmission of information by you to CBB is at your own risk. We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone.
Please take all steps necessary to maintain the security of your account access credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your email communications from CBB, at all times.
Your information collected through the Platform may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which we or our subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. VIII. YOUR RIGHTS

IX. HOW DO WE RESPOND TO LEGAL REQUESTS OR PREVENT HARM?
